Orders of in-stock items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days of order, excluding holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.
Standard Shipping is FREE for domestic U.S. orders of $75 or more. For all other orders, there is a flat-rate of $5.95 for U.S. Standard Shipping.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Territories of the United States (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc) will incur a flat rate of $10 for shipping.
No matter where you are, we'll get our products to you:
Canada: flat rate of $10 for shipping.
International: flat rate of $20 for shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

If anything is less than excellent, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unopened, still in their original packaging and have not been tried on, washed, or damaged*.
Please follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide:
- your name
- order number
- item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- reason for return or exchange (optional) - we value your feedback and are constantly searching for ways to improve your experience with Chic N Geeks - your feedback is greatly appreciated
- We will email you a prepaid return shipping label
- Put the items you would like to return and the original packing slip into a shipping parcel (you can recycle the packaging), slap on the free return shipping label and send it off
Shipping charges on the original order cannot be refunded.
All international orders are final.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Returns or exchanges due to an error on Chic N Geeks' part will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We do not take responsibility for any products lost during the return shipping process.
