A: We have two main methods by which we can be contacted. Q: What is Chic N Geeks average shipping times?

A: Our average shipping time from initial order to customer delivery usually falls within 4-7 days. These shipping times can be impacted due to demand, location, and holiday seasons.


Q: What is Chic N Geeks refund/exchange policy?

A:  Our return/refund policy is quite simple. The customer reserves the right to return any wrongful order or any item damaged in shipping for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Beyond the 14 day threshold, the customer may request to have the item replaced or exchanged with an item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery. Discretion of this option is left up to Chic N Geeks and original item must be returned back to the seller in its original packaging.


Q: Does Chic N Geeks offer an affiliate program?

A:  Yes, we do offer an affiliate program for prominent bloggers and social media influences. Through affiliation, these individuals or groups may find themselves compensated in a number of various ways up to but not limited to cashback on purchases, steep discounts, social media exposure, or paid advertising.
